By using Savvey ("the app"), you agree to these terms. The app is operated by Savvey Ltd, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales.
Savvey is a UK snap-to-reorder and price-check tool. We use AI (Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5) to identify products you snap, scan, type, or paste. We then show you the live verified Amazon UK price, plus deep links to other major UK retailers (Currys, John Lewis, Argos, Boots, Tesco, B&Q and others).
We are NOT a retailer. We do not sell anything directly. We don't take payment. We link you to retailers where you complete the purchase on their own site or app.
Product identification is best-effort. AI can make mistakes — especially on minimalist packaging, generic products, partially-visible labels, or new product lines. Always verify the product on the retailer's page before buying.
The Amazon UK price shown is verified at the time you search via SerpAPI's Amazon engine, but prices can change before you complete the purchase. Always re-check on Amazon's own page.
Cost-per-unit calculations and tier classifications (Premium / Mid-tier / Budget) shown on the disambiguation screen are estimates derived from Haiku's training data on UK retail pricing. They are intended as a guide, not as a precise live comparison. Always verify on the retailer's page.
Prices for non-Amazon retailers are sourced from Google Shopping at the time you search and may differ from the retailer's current site price.
Savvey may earn a small commission when you buy via the Amazon UK link or other retailer links shown in the app (routed via Skimlinks for non-Amazon retailers). The price you pay never changes — it is identical to typing the URL yourself. This is how we keep the app free.
Savvey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we are not responsible for:
Your statutory consumer rights against the retailer you purchase from are unaffected by these terms.
You agree not to:
Savvey uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5) for product identification and contextual analysis. AI outputs can be inaccurate. Every price shown is verified from a real retailer listing — no AI-generated prices are ever surfaced to users. AI is used for identification, categorisation, alternative-suggestion, and qualitative context only.
Savvey includes a server-side safety filter that detects when a query or photo doesn't appear to be a product. On a match, you'll see a friendly "That doesn't look like a product" message and the input is discarded. We don't store the content of blocked queries.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in the app. Continued use of Savvey after a change means you accept the latest version.
